DESCRIPTION
- K+ A performed the geotechnical engineering study and provided construction materials testing and observation services for the recently completed One Belleview Station project located in Denver, Colorado at I-25 and Belleview Avenue. The office tower and parking garage consist of a total GSF of approximately 640,000 square feet.
- The office tower consists of a 16-story structure with one below-grade level for parking, and the parking garage has a total of 6 above-grade levels and one below-grade level.
- Phase Two for the development is scheduled to be completed at a later date and will consist of another multi-level office tower with a footprint area of approximately 25,300 square feet.
