DESCRIPTION
- The project consisted of a 3-story, approximately 50,000 square feet, medical office building added to the south side of the existing YMCA building located in Monument, Colorado.
- A small addition was constructed to the southwest corner of the YMCA.
- An asphalt paved parking lot was also part of the construction and is located to the south of the addition.
