Scott Hougard, FACI

Scott Hougard is a Principal with Kumar and Associates Inc, a Geotechnical and Materials Testing firm in Denver, Colorado and has been a key employee since 1993.  

Mr. Hougard is responsible for policies and procedures unique to the department to ensure that testing and inspection work in the field are accomplished with high quality and efficiently, preparation of proposals and quotations to clients to ensure proper scoping of services, availability of manpower and pricing. He ensures that department personnel are properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment. He also directly supervises and monitors projects to ensure that the work is executed on time and in accordance with the client’s requirements and within company policies, procedures and standards.
