Laboratory Testing

For over a quarter century, K+A has performed in-house laboratory testing services for 1000’s of building and land development, transportation, and mining and water resource projects throughout Colorado, and the surrounding region. We constantly strive to provide excellent service and provide our clients with reliable and accurate test results for their projects.

K+A’s in-house laboratory is validated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is accredited and participates in AASHTO Material Reference Laboratory (AMRL), and Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) testing, K+A technicians are certified in ICC (IBC), ACI, LabCAT, NICET, and WAQTC.

Our experienced LabCAT certified field and laboratory personnel use the latest technology and techniques allowing us to efficiently and accurately develop both Marshall and Superpave asphalt mix designs for your projects, such as: airports, roadways/highways, and parking lots.
