  • The building includes 265 apartment units above the ground-level retail space, totaling 223,111 square feet.
  • During the exploration phase, K+A recommended the proposed buildings to be built using shallow spread footings for support, in addition to mechanically stabilized earth walls (MSE walls), also needed for support.
