DESCRIPTION
- Wind Crest is a 150 +/- acre aggregate senior living development consisting of three contiguous retirement neighborhoods, each including four multi-story residential buildings and a two-story community building, as well as at-grade parking areas and associated roadways.
- The development includes a multi-story assisted living/memory care building and two unattached multi-level parking structures, as well as a maintenance facility, a chapel, and an extensive network of sidewalks, pedestrian bridges/skyways, and paved pathways. The development is nearing buildout, with a planned $59.4 million expansion of the assisted living/memory care building.
