- Project included the redevelopment of the Stanley Aviation facility into a 140,000 square-foot, multi-tenant marketplace concept on a 22-acre site.
- Stanley Marketplace houses tenants ranging from dining, retail, offices, and other specialty businesses.
- A state-of-the-art, 30,000-square-foot greenhouse facility was built directly behind Stanley Marketplace for Gotham Greens.
- The facility produces the equivalent of more than 25 acres of conventional farming, serving the entire state.
